What being licensed, insured and background checked actually means
Every cleaning company writes those three words. Very few say what they mean in practice, so here is ours.
Licensed and insured
The company carries its own insurance, which means that if something is damaged during a visit, you are dealing with a policy rather than with an individual cleaner's ability to pay. Ask any company you are considering to confirm this in writing. A company that hesitates is telling you something.
Background checked, before a first visit
Every cleaner is checked and trained before entering a client's home for the first time, not after a probation period. The training is done by Priscila herself, which is the practical reason the standard holds across crews.
Why the same team returns
Rotating crews relearn a home each visit, and detail is the first thing lost. Keeping the same team means they know which floor cannot take water and which surface you care about. It also means you know who is in your house.
If something goes wrong
Call within 24 hours and the team returns to redo it at no charge. That guarantee covers every service, in every city we serve, with no argument about whose fault it was.
Family owned, and what that changes
