Services

The Top Maid provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Spring, TX and surrounding areas. Estimates are provided free of charge; the quoted price is honored for the scope of work described at booking.

Scheduling and cancellations

Visits may be rescheduled or canceled at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Our satisfaction guarantee: if anything isn't cleaned to your standard, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean it free of charge.

SMS Terms of Service

The Top Maid SMS Program: The Top Maid offers SMS notifications for quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates and, if you opt in separately, occasional promotions and special offers.

Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply "STOP" to any message you receive from us. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Rejoining Instructions: To rejoin the SMS messaging service, sign up again via the online form or reply START. Upon successful re-subscription, SMS communications will resume.

Help Instructions: If you experience any issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for assistance, or contact us at contact@thetopmaid.com or +1 (346) 831-2228.

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply for messages sent to and from The Top Maid. Message frequency may vary. For questions regarding your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider directly.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Compliance: The Top Maid complies fully with industry standards and regulations regarding SMS communications, including TCPA and other relevant guidelines.
